Paignton is stepped in history, you can visit the 500 year old Kirkham House. This well-preserved, medieval stone residence has undergone considerable repair work and gives a fascinating insight into life in a town house during the 15th century.

The magnificent Oldway Mansion, once home of Isaac Singer of Singer sewing machine fame. A beautiful building with lovely grounds, it is well worth a visit.
