Paignton has many attractions that have kept tourists coming back each year to this popular seaside town. 

Paignton Zoo is a favourite with the family, it is one of England's most beautiful and largest zoos boasting a collection of some 1,200 animals, representing over 300 species. It has also been featured on the recent ITV television programme, The Zoo Story. 

Another popular attraction is the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway. The steam train travels along the spectacular Torbay coast to Churston and through the wooded slopes to Kingswear (for ferry to Dartmouth).
